Waitress wanted in Soreng

Join our team: we are hiring a waitress in Soreng, Sikkim. You will be based in a coffee shop. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Six days a week, one day off.
