Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Edati, Niger State. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
