Great opportunity: pastry baker (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Knox County, Illinois. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
