Steel erection rigger wanted in Dekina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Dekina, Kogi State. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On the job you will handle: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₦155,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
