Tandoor cook — Esit Eket

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
