Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
