You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
