Immediate opening: gardener (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gardener in Cheyenne County, Nebraska. The job is in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Full-time, day shift.
