Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Mora County, New Mexico. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts.
