Urgent requirement: gang bricklayer (Yobe State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Machina, Yobe State. You will be based at a residential building site. The role involves mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Rotating shifts.
