Baker wanted in Cleburne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Cleburne County, Alabama. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Six days a week, one day off.
