Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Baksa

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Baksa, Assam. The job is on an industrial coating line. Ideally you have able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
