Urgent requirement: captain waiter (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Stephens County, Texas. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
