Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Brown County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
