Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Smith County, Kansas. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
