Trainee butcher wanted in Ethiope East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Ethiope East, Delta State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
