Short order cook wanted in Ussa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Ussa, Taraba State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
