Immediate opening: we are hiring a telesales agent in Adavi, Kogi State. You will work in a mobile phone store. You should have: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience The role involves: • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor Rotating shifts.
