Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Washington County, Florida. You will be based at a busy press shop. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses The role involves: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
