Trainee butcher — Kaltungo

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Kaltungo, Gombe State. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
