Power press operator — Ramsey County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Ramsey County, Minnesota. You will be based on the press shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 5+ years on the tools preferred.
