Oven operator wanted in Stark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Stark County, Ohio. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 2+ years on the tools preferred.
