Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Saint Johns County, Florida. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
