Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Holmes County, Ohio. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
