Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
