Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
