Great opportunity: we are hiring a fettler in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. Ideally you have comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
