Great opportunity: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Warren County, Ohio. You will work at an accident repair garage. On the job you will handle: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
