We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Franklin County, Ohio. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $9,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
