We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Lake County, Indiana. Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
