Now hiring: head butcher (Adamawa State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Shelleng, Adamawa State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
