Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
