Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
