Bread and bun maker wanted in Kura

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kura, Kano State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
