Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Gwiwa, Jigawa State. You will work at a cake shop. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
