Urgent requirement: cook (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Smith County, Tennessee. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
