Stamping press operator • Funakaye, Gombe State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Funakaye, Gombe State. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 6+ years on the tools preferred.
