The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
