Now hiring: captain waiter (Kogi State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Lokoja, Kogi State. The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
