Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Lee County, Georgia. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
