What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking.
