Captain waiter — Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Washington County, Oregon. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 5+ years on the tools preferred.
