Manufacturing operative • Lee County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Lee County, Texas. You will work on the shop floor of a garment factory. You will assemble components according to the work order; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them. What we are looking for: • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
