Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bartow County, Georgia. You will work in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
