Crawler crane operator • Babura, Jigawa State

Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Babura, Jigawa State. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
