Urgent requirement: line cook (Uttar Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in District Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
