We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Shropshire, England. Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 4+ years on the tools preferred.
