Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble fitter in Illela, Sokoto State. The job is on a hotel and villa renovation project. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades The role involves work from cutting lists and installation drawings; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
