Meat cutter • Clinton County, Ohio

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Clinton County, Ohio. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
