Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Garza County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
